Exercise simplified for beginners….

Working out and exercise has been around for thousands of years and what one person considers exercise another may not.

Truth be told unless your a personal trainer high level athlete doctor or physiotherapist or something along those lines most other people just don’t have the time to study and understand the human body and how it grows and functions.

A good example are bodybuilders and athletes, bodybuilder do little to no full body movements or body weight exercises but instead focus solely on growth isolation exercises for max hypertrophy. A athlete trains completely differently they’ll do a combination of strength and explosive training with a lot of full body movements so it transfers into the sport their traning for and playing.

Age is a factor to determining what is and isn’t a workout for someone, for some older people gardening can actually be a great workout or for some middle aged people just yoga or weekly runs alone might be enough.

Kids and youth have gym class for good resin the fundamentals of running jumping and doing a proper press up and squat can be enough to carry you threw life as long as your consistently increasing weight reps or sets, callisthenics is no joke.

So in conclusion press ups squats and pull ups are a great place to start if you’ve never worked out befor and don’t worry about anyone’s progress except for yourself, only listen to certified or legitimate professional that know what there talking about not the people or random jacked guy at your local gym because they probably don’t actually know anything and are just on peds or steroids witch are not worth taking and extremely harmful to your body long term, unless it’s something doctor prescribed to you personally like trt but that’s a whole other topic.
